Check-in time is 2pm, after-hours check-in is available by requesting our After-hours Arrival Information from Reception prior to your arrival.
If you require assistance, staff are available 24 hours by pressing 9 on your apartment phone or pressing the red button near the front door.
Check-out time is 10am. Late check-outs are subject to availability. Please contact Reception to arrange late check-out.
Secure parking is available for 1 car per apartment. If you require additional car parking please contact Reception. There is visitor and street car parking available.
Cancellation & Payment Policy
Low Season
You may cancel free of charge until 8 days before your arrival You will be charged the full amount of accommodation if you cancel on the day of arrival or no show.
Full amount of accommodation is due 7 days before your arrival.
Mid Season – School Holidays, Public Holidays and some Major Gold Coast Events.
Free cancellation until 15 days prior to your arrival. You will be charged the full amount of accommodation if you cancel within 14 days of arrival or no show.
Full payment required 14 days before arrival.
Peak Season – December School Holidays and some Major Gold Coast Events.
Free cancellation until 31 days prior to your arrival. You will be charged the full amount of accommodation if you cancel within 30 days of arrival or no show.
Full payment required 30 days before arrival.
Long Stays (Over 21 nights):
If cancelled or modified up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified on/or less than 14 days from date of arrival, 50 % of the total amount of accommodation will be charged. If cancelled or modified on/or less than 7 days from arrival date, full amount of accommodation will be charged. In case of a no show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
A pre payment of 50% is due 14 days prior to your arrival with remaining balance paid 7 days prior to you arrival.
A $220.00 Security Deposit is taken on the day of your arrival to cover any damage to the apartment during your stay. This will be refunded on your departure after inspecting the apartment for any damage or miss use of the apartment. Please note this will be done via bank transfer and we require you bank account details before your departure.
COVID19 Policy - As COVID19 health advice is consistently changing throughout Australia we are here to work with our guests regarding their reservations and Government Restrictions and Border Closures. If you are at all concerned about traveling to the Gold Coast please refer to Queensland's Health Advice for updated information about entering into Queensland. Please contact us at the resort to discuss your reservation if you are concerned about your reservation.
